The answer is quite simple, at Intentional Fitness we are revolutionizing the old and outdated fitness model we have all experienced. We have replaced the old archaic, boring way people have worked out for years, and have created an atmosphere where people no longer dread coming to workout but rather can’t wait to come to. 


Fun, energetic, music pumping workouts, will leave you forgetting that you are working out, but trust us you are. 


Our classes are strategic in focusing on you and your fitness goals, and we want you to be able to leave the chaotic world and your worries at the door and to be able to just focus on what’s most important....YOU!
